Debbi Rydberg is the Executive Director for the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce, a position she has held since 2008. She earned her IOM certification from the US Chamber in 2013. Prior to coming to Elk River, Debbi was on staff at the Alexandria Area Chamber of Commerce for 10 years. As a non-traditional student, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southwest Minnesota State in 2007. She and her husband live in Elk River. Debbi enjoys volunteering, historical fiction and a great glass of wine.
Ginger Jungling

Ginger is the Marketing & Events Manager with the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce where she supports the organization with event planning, connecting with local business professionals and marketing. Ginger has a background in sales, marketing and events in various industries. She is an avid Anoka sports fan and is involved in various booster associations. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing and spending time with family.

Randi serves as the Member Services & Office Coordinator, helping members feel supported and connected while keeping the details behind the scenes running smoothly. With a background in communication and entrepreneurship, she brings a thoughtful, organized, and people-focused approach to member support and planning. Outside of work, Randi teaches yoga, runs her own business, and spends as much time outdoors as possible—whether she’s hunting, fishing, or simply exploring.
